REFUND & EXCHANE POLICY
At Nour Accessory Group we take pride in creating meaningful, high-quality personalized jewelry.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
1. Our Promise
Every piece is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping.
If something isn’t right, we will do our best to make it right.
2. Returns-Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchange within 1-2 days of delivery for non-personalized items only. We do not accept returns only store credit is available. Shipping fees will be paid by the customer.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Customer needs to notify the store within 1-2 days of delivery due to hygiene purposes.
If the item is delivered damaged on our side (not courier) we will either send you a new product or refund “depending on the situation”.
3. Personalized Items (IMPORTANT)
Due to the custom nature of our jewelry:
👉 Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable
Exceptions apply only if:
- The item arrives damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect
- The wrong item was sent
Then we will provide you with a new product or make a refund.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
📩 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
📸 Include clear photos of the issue
We will:
- Replace the item free of charge, or
- Offer a full refund if replacement is not possible
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we begin production quickly:
- Orders cannot be canceled once the purchase is made.
- Orders can only be changed within 1-2 hours of purchase.
